In this Group Coaching Membership, open for both men and women members, you will be given tools, information, techniques, and exercises to practice at mastering your mind. A strong, well-disciplined mind that YOU control, will give you tremendous power to navigate your life. Your mind is made up of thoughts at the conscious and sub-conscious levels and your emotions. There is a strong connection to your thoughts and your body. Science has shown that your thoughts greatly impact the performance of your body.
Many people unnecessarily suffer from sloppy thinking and allowing their emotions and thoughts to drag them like being tied to an untrained horse. Habitual thought patterns can be changed if they are not serving you. You can identify thoughts and triggers that may be preventing you from living your best life. It could be thoughts that limit your career growth. It could be thoughts that prevent you from creating deep, meaningful relationships. It could be thoughts that run wild and keep you from being in the present moment - always obsessing about the past or worrying about the future.
To master anything, it takes continuous practice, learning, and refining your techniques. It is a life long pursuit to continually improve upon what you have already built.
Every 4 weeks, a different coach will leads this group. Each coach will bring the tools, knowledge about a topic they are passionate about.
You will be given tools to help you identify what your own unique optimal mind looks like. The tools will provide questions for you to consider to identify 'automatic thoughts' that can easily sabotage your efforts.

Money - Uncovering your thoughts about money. Why you spend money on what you do? Could you be limiting your earnings because of sub-conscious thought patterns? Are you blocking your own greatness because of your thoughts about money? If all your money was taken from you, who would you be? If you won the lottery, who would you be? There are many thoughts and feelings surrounding money that sub-consciously drive your actions. Uncover them, and make your actions serve you.
Romantic Relationships - Understanding your thought patterns and emotional triggers that could be holding you back in your relationships.
Law of Attraction - Discussions about the art of allowing. How your mind and emotions can guide you if you understand them and use them to your advantage.
Self-Confidence - Explore what true self-confidence is and what it is not. Self-love. Self-respect.
Self-Care Routines - Putting your needs first. Could you have people-pleasing actions that are limiting your potential. Finding your own true wants and needs. How many times do you dismiss what it is that YOU want? Are you unnecessarily depriving yourself of happiness?
Self-Discipline - The key to all successes. It is doing what you know needs to be done, whether you feel like doing it, or not. Learn exercises and techniques on how to make your mind stronger to accomplish the things you want.

This option saves you $20 over the pay-by-week option and allows you to pre-pay for 4 consecutive weeks (Sunday -Saturday). Billed Saturday for the upcoming 4 weeks.
