Group Theory Our bodies are each unique and require their own personalized regime to be at its optimal. Knowing your mind controls your actions and therefore your body, a focus on aligning your thoughts will be a key theme. Body types/shapes, age, genetic and chemical variances all contribute to how well a body functions and performs at helping us live our best lives. Understanding your unique body and how to best feed it, test it, strengthen it, and how your thoughts and habits will bring you closer to your optimal body.

Weekly billing: $25/week
Access starts Sunday morning and ends Saturday night. Billed every Saturday for the upcoming week.
Monthly billing: $80/month
This option saves you $20 over the pay-by-week option and allows you to pre-pay for 4 consecutive weeks (Sunday -Saturday). Billed Saturday for the upcoming 4 weeks.
