Call the BestMe360 Studio and book a ‘Daily Coach Call’ appointment. You will first meet via phone or video conference with your coach for a 30-minutes call, then every day for the following week, the coach will call you every morning for a quick 5-7 minutes daily coaching.
During the first 30-minute call with your coach the two of you will discuss the goal you are working on, uncover the road blocks, pinpoint the circumstances that derail you best intentions, and ways to make the daily calls impactful. Then, every day for the next week, your coach will call you and talk with you every morning for 5-7 minutes to keep you on track.
Call into your 30-minute coaching session a few minutes before the start time so you are fully prepared to start. Since your Life Coach may have appointments after yours, your session starts at the appointment time and not at time you arrive.
